    Who we are

This website, missionsupportsecurity.com, is operated by Mission Manpower Support B.V. (trading as Mission Support), a private security firm registered in the Netherlands (KvK 82061637), Alexanderveld 5-9, 2585 DB Den Haag. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

    What we collect and why

Enquiry and contact forms — when you submit an enquiry, a specialized-services request, or a brochure request, we process the details you provide (name, organisation, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.

Operational records — where an engagement is established, we process the personal data necessary to deliver the contracted services and to meet our legal and licensing obligations as an EU-licensed security provider. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.

    What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

    Sub-processors and hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider and delivered to our own mailboxes. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4). Where processing takes place outside the EEA, it is covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

    Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, plus any retention period required by law. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are retained for the periods required by Dutch commercial, tax, and security-licensing law.

    Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
